"Megan k was wonderful and helped me get the plan I need for much cheaper than any other competitors quoted. This is a difficult car to insure because it does not have an American vin due to being a Japanese kei truck. Every other agency i went to gave me the run around and said no or quoted 3/4 of the cars value a year to insure for liability. Megan took that down down to 1/4 for comprehensive, which is reasonable due to it only being worth 5000. She was kind and even helped me get pet and renters insurance for much less than what I was paying with lemonade. Overall, I saved money buy buying a car, renters, and a pet through this agency. I have autism and ask a lot of complex questions to get an understanding of the whole process and benefits, Megan was patient and kind, and she answered all the questions I had quickly and professionally. I would be comfortable recommending Megan and this agency to anyone, especially those with an autistic individual, on their policy. I would rate this agency 1,000,000 stars if I could :)"

"I have had State Farm Insurance my entire life and always receive great customer service. I moved to the St. Louis area in 2020 following retirement and selected Lacey Mitchell's office for my continuing coverage. This was absolutely a great decision. Lacey's team of Jill and Erin have been polite, personable, and professional in all encounters I have had. Many times, insurance is not something we think about until it's needed. I recently had a stressful claim that was submitted and initially denied for coverage. Although all claim representatives were professional and clear in explaining the process, I felt my claim warranted a second look. I feel the level of service provided by Jill Gallagher and my claim representative, Kayley Koch, went above and beyond. They both showed professionalism and especially empathy for their customers. It's rare you will find businesses that have exceptional employees, but Lacey's office has standouts. I would highly recommend any existing and new customers consider having their coverage with Lacey's office. I have had great experiences, and they are fantastic people."

"I had State Farm for 10 years and this agent has been an absolute nightmare to work with. They are barely in the office and rarely pick up the phone. Most of the changes I’ve made to my policy have been through a call center. They did call once to set up an in person appointment to go over my policy to see where to save money, but it quickly turned into a sales pitch for Renter’s insurance. They can never explain why the premiums increase and if you are in an accident, they won’t try to help or navigate any kind of settlement from the other insurance company. My spouse asked Lacey for years why her premium had increased and all Lacey ever did was shrug her shoulders and refer to the underwriters when in fact State Farm had false information from LexisNexis regarding who was at fault for the accident and never bothered to verify with my spouse or DMV. She is currently owed three years of overpayment on her premium and won’t see a penny because of Lacey Mitchell. I would not recommend this agent to anyone."

"I am wondering who writes all these positive reviews. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I STRONGLY doubt it. To avoid at all cost, especially if you are driving vehicles that require special repairs if damaged (e.g. foreign OEMs) . The vibe I got is " we do not give a flying...". Extremely frustrating, especially when you vehicle is in the shop waiting to getting repaired because of an almost complete lack of communication if not solicited. They constantly need pushing, phone calls, providing same documents several times to different people/departments. Not to mention the SURREAL conversations with the claims department...At certain point I thought I was in one of those 70's italian movies like "Amici miei" and they were using the supercazzola against me (look it up, it's actually a powerful tool to avoid responsibilities). All of this not to mention that, in this case, I (with the help of an investigator) found the hit & run driver that damaged my vehicle. The other driver's insurance would have fully refunded the claim. TERRIBLE."
